Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how Femmora Cycle LLC ("Femmora", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the Femmora Cycle app and related services (the "Service"). Femmora Cycle LLC is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with your account.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, login credentials, display name, optional profile photo.
• Cycle & health data you log: period dates, cycle length, symptoms, mood, flow, fertility and pregnancy entries, and any notes you choose to add.
• Usage & device data: app interactions, feature usage, crash logs, device type, operating system, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Support data: messages and attachments you send to support.
• Payment data: handled directly by Paddle (see "Sharing" below). We receive subscription status, plan, and a Paddle customer ID — not your card details.

2. How and why we use data

• Create and operate your account (legal basis: contract).
• Provide cycle predictions, insights, and the rest of the Service (contract).
• Process subscriptions and entitlements (contract).
• Provide customer support (contract / legitimate interests).
• Keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interests, legal obligation).
• Improve and develop the Service using aggregated or anonymised usage data (legitimate interests).
• Send service-related communications, and — only with your consent — product news or marketing (consent).
• Comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).

3. Sensitive health data

Cycle, fertility, and pregnancy entries may qualify as sensitive personal data. We process this data only to provide the Service to you, based on your explicit consent given by entering it. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising. You can delete individual entries or your entire account at any time.

4. Who we share data with

• Hosting & infrastructure providers (cloud database, authentication, storage) acting as our processors.
• Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, for processing payments, managing subscriptions, calculating tax, issuing invoices, and handling refunds. See Paddle's Privacy Notice.
• Analytics and crash reporting tools to understand usage and fix bugs (where used, with appropriate safeguards).
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.

We never sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where data is transferred from the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Retention

We keep your account and cycle data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep certain records (for example, transaction records for tax and accounting purposes).

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. UK/EEA users have these rights under the GDPR and can lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. We will respond to requests within one month. 8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password.

9. Cookies

Our web app uses essential cookies and local storage required for login and core functionality. Where we use analytics cookies, we will ask for your consent and provide controls to manage your preferences.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this notice. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or by email.
