This Refund Policy applies to purchases of premium subscriptions to the Femmora Cycle service, provided by Femmora Cycle LLC.
30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to feel good about your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your premium subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@femmoracycle.com and we will help you process the refund through Paddle.
After the 30-day period
After the 30-day window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws in your country, which may grant you additional rights.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account screen in the app, or via the customer portal provided by Paddle. After cancellation, you will keep access to premium features until the end of your current billing period; you will not be charged again.
