These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Femmora Cycle mobile and web application and related services (the "Service") provided by Femmora Cycle LLC ("Femmora", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Femmora Cycle provides menstrual cycle, fertility, and pregnancy tracking tools, insights, and educational content. The Service is for informational and personal wellness purposes only and is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: (a) use it in violation of any law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or any other user's account; (c) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system; (d) upload malware or interfere with the Service's operation; (e) scrape, copy, or resell content; (f) infringe anyone's intellectual property rights; or (g) use the Service for spam, fraud, harassment, or abusive behavior.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Femmora Cycle LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service. Any content you submit remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Subscriptions, billing & refunds

Premium features are offered on a subscription basis. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout & Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

6. Service availability & warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictions and insights will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Femmora Cycle LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Paddle for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may cancel your account at any time via the in-app account settings or by contacting support. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete your account data after a reasonable period, as described in our Privacy Notice.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Femmora Cycle LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

10. Changes to the service or terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of formation of Femmora Cycle LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
